Do you offer discounts if I order multiple products?

The short answer is, no.  The reason for this is that the prices I currently charge for the products is just above cost.  So, technically I could charge more for the initial price, and then reduce it when a customer orders multiple, but I prefer to just offer the best prices possible all the time.

Where do you ship your products to?

I ship everywhere on the planet!

Do you do commission work?

Absolutely.  The only factors are budget, time and complexity.  The more information you can provide me, the better I can help you.

Do I need to know anything about electronics to use your products?

Nope!  All of my units are pretty much plug-n-play.  They usually require installation into your own creations, but the units are self-contained.

Why don’t you include lithium batteries with your products anymore?

As of 2015, the government instituted regulations on the shipment of lithium polymer batteries, which has made it much more difficult for me to acquire them in large numbers.  As a result, I have lowered the costs of my products and ask that you order the batteries and associated charger yourself.  Each product page indicates if batteries are included, or which batteries are required and a link where you can purchase them.

Where did you learn how to create your electronics?

The internet!  There are so many resources available and the initial investment is very minimal.  I always encourage newcomers to both programming and electronics to purchase the Sparkfun Inventor Kit at http://www.sparkfun.com.

I’ve also created a series of tutorials which help explain Arduino programming which introduce the basics.

My product isn’t working properly?

If there is an issue with any of my products, please contact me so I can help you troubleshoot.  In most cases it’s a loose connection or something that occurred as a result of shipping.

If we cannot resolve the issue together within the first 30 days of receipt, I can exchange any faulty parts at no cost to the customer.  However, should there be any additional shipping costs, the customer will be responsible for covering it.
